Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.
Each Omega-3 bottle is fitted with an internal hermetic seal and an external tamper-evident neck band, packaged within temperature-controlled, impact-resistant corrugated containers to protect against UV light and thermal degradation during transit.
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your delivery confirmation and courier consignment tracking reference is transmitted via email and SMS for real-time parcel monitoring.

Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If physical damage to the outer carton or product seal is visible, photograph the container immediately, notify the courier upon receipt or reject the delivery, and contact customer care at [email protected] within 48 hours for a replacement.
