The goods

Natural Omega-3 dietary supplement tablets formulated for daily nutritional maintenance, regulated as food supplements under United Kingdom statutory guidelines. Product pages describe what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order when stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Product photos are taken of the goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and the light in the room; a small difference in shade is not a defect and is not a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

The goods are our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the address you gave. From that moment the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery as described on the Returns page. Products are guaranteed to comply with United Kingdom statutory quality standards, conform to stated nutritional label specifications at the time of delivery, and maintain stability through the marked expiration date when stored according to container instructions.

• Dietary supplement containers or blister packs with broken security or hygiene seals.
• Perishable items or products subject to rapid expiry or heat deterioration.
• Customised or bespoke nutritional formulations prepared to specific customer requests.
• Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other commodities post-delivery.
• Unsealed wellness items compromised after delivery due to health protection and biosecurity regulations.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the liability of Tavoria Nutrition Ltd. for any claim arising from an order is limited strictly to the total purchase price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products are to be used as described on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
